Digicel cuts 120 Call Center Jobs - Fullgram Solutions to benefit as Antonio Graham speaks of an AEPP future by the Ocean

The week ending on Saturday April 21st 2012AD has been one busy week for Telecom Providers indeed! Between the voluntary separation of about one hundred and twenty (120) workers from Telecom Provider Digicel, Digicel’s new Anywhere Plan and LIME’s New Data Packages, the news coming from the Telecoms world has been quite overwhelming.

It’s also a herald of more depressing news since news first broke that they’re losing money from Voice Services. So I’ll focus on the Voluntary Separations, which I know about personally, as the place I was working at previously up to April 1st 2012AD is set to be the beneficiary of this cost cutting measure: FullGram Solutions Limited. This as Telecom Provider braces for a worsening Global Recession, whose winds are sweeping across Jamaica!!!

Telecom Provider Digicel plans to outsource the Prepaid Account to FullGram Solutions Limited, the Call Center whose existence came to the fore with the advent of CLARO Jamaica. The company was started in 2008AD by Karl Graham and David Fullwood and as such the name “FullGram” is a concatenation of their last names.

They are of significance as Telecom Provider Digicel in acquiring CLARO Jamaica; they also acquired the CLARO Account, which happened to be run by FullGram Solutions Limited duo of President and Chief Executive Officer Karl Graham and Chief Information Officer, David Fullwood and their rather oddly dedicated Team.
Rather than to waste this low-cost resource of CSA (Customer Service Agent), Telecom Provider Digicel then proceeded to convert the CLARO Account to a Digicel Prepaid Account and continue the relationship with FullGram Solutions Limited.  Thus realized that outsourcing their Call Center was Cheaper than running one themselves, which they had been doing since 2001AD

This one hundred and twenty (120) people to be offered Voluntary Redundancy is the same  one hundred and twenty (120) CSA’s  I kept hearing that FullGram Solutions Limited required but apparently had no terminals i.e. computers with headsets and Avaya VoIP . I know all this as I was employed as a CSA (Customer Service Agent) working on the Prepaid Digicel Account at FullGram Solutions Limited.

This thanks to a lucky break and a tip-off from a friend of mine named Sophia Tucker, a CSA who had been separated from the Amazon.com Account at ACS-Xerox Limited located in Naggo Head, Portmore. As such, after applying using their Online Application Form and a rather successful interview en masse, training began and over time I became privy to a lot of information relating to Telecom Provider Digicel.

Internal Information which I still have documented to this day and is the basis of many of my hugely popular “How to” series of articles on the Geezam blog.

For the record, I am no longer working at FullGram Solutions Limited, having found another job as an Electrical Process Engineer working with ACS Limited (Automatic and Computer Systems).

ACS Limited is the contractor of choice for Honeywell to maintain their TPS (Total Plant Solution) for our client ALCOA (Aluminum Company of America) and its main plant in Jamaica, JAMALCO. This amalgamation of ALCOA involving JAMALCO (Jamaica ALCOA Company), ACS Limited and Honeywell is called QUASAR (Quality Automation Solutions for Alumina Refining).

For the record, JAMALCO is a partnership between ALCOA and the GOJ (Government of Jamaica), a rare thing for a FDI (Foreign Direct Investor) to be a partner with a Government, but not strange if one considers the case of New Guinea and the People’s Republic of China.

]

I’ve since left ACS and JAMALCO and since Monday 25th July 2012, I’m now working at ACCENT Marketing Jamaica Ltd as a TES (Technical Engagement Specialist) on the SHARP Account as described in the Geezam Blog article entitled “Kyoto University’s Water-powered Smartphone Batteries and SHARP’s IGZO power Efficient Screen for 2013”.

The experience working at two (2) Call Centers in Jamaica has peaked my interest in the Call CenterIndustry. So much so that I did an article on its emergence in Jamaica and the interest being taken by FDI (Foreign Direct Investor) Convergyns in setting up shop in Jamaica.

This phenomenon of Call Centers coming to Jamaica is mainly driven by our low cost, out-of-work English speaking labour force as stated in my blog article entitled “Convergys and Aegis Communications Call Centers Coming – FDI powered Call Center Renaissance in Jamaica thanks to our Good English”

Quite a mouthful and a complex relationship at that!

But after having begun working on Monday April 10th 2012AD, it gives me yet another topic to write on, namely Process Engineering and alumina and aluminum Production, for which I had already written a blog article entitled “US Automobile Industry Resurgence and Jamaica's Bauxite Industry - Scrap Metal Industry Renaissance”

The voluntary separation of one hundred and twenty (120) workers from Telecom Provider Digicelas stated in the article “Digicel expects to shed 120 jobs”, published Saturday April 14, 2012, The Jamaica Gleaner is simple enough: they’re losing money from Prepaid Voice Services as the uptake for Data services has not been as rapid as Telecom Provider Digicel or even any of the Telecom Providers had expected.

This as evidenced by the statistics provided by Jamaica Gleaner article entitled “More cells, but telecoms earn less”, published Wednesday March 21, 2012 by Steven Jackson, Business Writer, The Jamaica Gleaner.

My blog article entitled “OUR Records Voice Decline for the Fourth Quarter of 2010 - Postpaid, Data Services and Fixed Line Mobile and Landline Saturday Night Fever for Telecom Providers” prescribes the solutions to all Telecom Provider inclusive of Telecom Provider Digicel: a more aggressive push for Fixed Line Mobile and Landline, Data Services and Postpaid.

This is especially true for Postpaid, which appears to undergoing a renaissance in Jamaica since Telecom Provider Digicel came to a Liberalized Telecom Sector in Jamaica to compete back in 2000AD.

Now this one hundred and twenty (120) workers is not from Engineering or Marketing but Customer Care and represents a little fewer than10% of Telecom Provider Digicel’s one thousand one hundred and seventy (1,170) employees complement.

Although Telecom Provider Digicel let go three hundred and fifty (350) employees in a voluntary separation upon acquiring CLARO Jamaica Voice and 3G Data Network and associated license as their 517,000 CLARO customers as noted in my blog article entitled “Digicel to shut down CLARO's Voice Network in HSDPA+ Push - The Louisiana Purchase of Spectrum”, Telecom Provider Digicel retained about sixty (60) CLARO employees permanently, mainly RF Technicians, IT and Networks Engineers.

Rather, it’s mainly from the Digicel Customer Care Department located in the RKA Building in New Kingston. Hence the words of Head of Digicel Group PR (Public Relations) Antonia Graham, quote: “As this is a voluntary separation programme, it is not possible to predict what volume of applications we will get. That said, based on our experience of offering a voluntary separation programme in 2009, we would expect around 10 per cent of our employees to apply”.

Head of Digicel Group PR (Public Relations) Antonia Graham has more to say on employees [read Digicel CSA’s] having to be forced to resign, quote: “Upon reviewing all applications, we will be in a position to better assess if any further action is required. Obviously we can’t predict the future but we do believe that this offer of the voluntary separation programme will result in us having the right people with the right skills in the right jobs and so being able to meet the opportunities and challenges ahead”.

This RKA Building, which is rented by Telecom Provider Digicel is soon to vacate later to go into their 11-storey tower 211,500 square foot mansion which consists of three (3) building covered with15,000 square feet of Solar Panels and Solar and Wind Turbines on Ocean Boulevard and indicated in my blog article entitled “Digicel adds on Green Power to future Corporate Building - Petula Clarke's Downtown Global Warming Crisis”.

Speculation abounds as whether Telecom Provider Digicel may actually use this opportunity to get into the AEPP (Alternative Energy Power Provider) game with an Electricity Generation license as speculated in my Geezam blog article entitled “Digicel Jamaica’s Alternative Energy Future – Increased Electricity Bills and Energy Sector Opportunities collide”.

But one thing is for sure; my friend at FullGram Solutions Limited will be kept busy for the foreseeable future as Telecom Provider Digicel becomes more efficient by going to its new solar powered mansion by the Ocean and vacates the RKA Building.

But who will be the new Joint Tenants in the soon-to-be vacated RKA Building in New Kingston? Possibly ACCENT Marketing Jamaica Ltd, as they may be looking to rent the space due the current expansion in accounts and new accounts coming our way!

Only time and an official Press Release from Telecom Provider Digicel can confirm this, which I shall be surely be on the lookout for in the future as Head of Digicel Group PR (Public Relations) Antonia Graham intones.

Facebook extinct as Chrome to be No. 1 Browser in 2012AD – FB rides Bed Knobs and Broomsticks Mobile Revolution against Google+

Facebook is facing a serious dilemma in the next few Quarters of 2012AD. This as Google Chrome, their crash-prone Browser, is set to become the No. 1 Browser in the world.  This is impressive in itself, as four (4) years ago in 2008AD, Google Chrome was a nobody as stated in the article “Why Facebook needs to build a Browser”, published April 14, 2012 10:40 AM PDT by Ben Parr, CNET News while IE had 68.5% of the market.

Google Chrome now four (4) years wiser, has flipped the script and to this present day has whittled down the lead of IE to 34.8% with Google Chrome in their rear view mirror commanding 30.9% of total Browser deployments.

Take a look at the graph below:

Google Chrome 16 had beat out IE8 (Internet Explorer) for pole position briefly in December 2011AD as stated in the article  “Chrome scores a victory in the Browser wars’, published December 16, 2011 10:19 AM PST by Harry McCracken, CNET News and  “Chrome 15 beats out Internet Explorer 8 in global popularity”, published December 15, 2011 By Mike Flacy, DigitalTrends.

In that period of time, Mozilla Firefox, the Open Source Browser frequently update by the Mozilla Foundation fell to No.3 position. A very grave concern for Mozilla at the time, as it was felt that they were slowly losing relevance as argued in the following articles  “Is Firefox’s fate up in the air?”, published December 5, 2011 By Molly McHugh, DigitalTrends and  “Facing Trouble, Mozilla Argues Importance of Firefox”, published December 5, 2011 1:19 PM By Jared Newman, PCWorld .

It was also felt that Google had effectively breached its Search Engine Royalty Agreement with the Mozilla Foundation. Such worries were soon laid to rest. This as Google renewed its Search Engine Royalty Agreement with Mozilla Foundation on 20th December 2011AD.

Value of the Friendship with Google: US$900 million for the next three (3) years, approximately US$300 million per year as detailed in the article  “Firefox saved as Google renews default search engine deal”, published December 20, 2011 By Jeff Hughes, DigitalTrends and  “More details on the Google/Firefox deal emerge, big numbers involved”, published December 23, 2011 By Andy Boxall, DigitalTrends

Based on the statistics of analyst StatCounter which relayed all the above and made it as plain as a graph to understand, I would like to declare that StatCounter is now my favourite analyst for the First Quarter of 2012AD as they are the first to herald the coming demise of Facebook!

A serious concern for Facebook, which relies heavily on visitors to its website from IE, the Browser of its partner-in-crime Microsoft. Visitors to Facebook normally use the default IE 6 browsers on their computer instead of the competition, mainly Google Chrome and Firefox.

Interestingly, Microsoft as far back as December 2011AD was trying to gently grandfather users of the outdate IE 6 to IE 8 (Windows XP Professional) and IE 9 (Windows 7) as stated in the article “Microsoft actively urges IE 6 users to upgrade”, published November 30, 2009 3:08 PM PST by Stephen Shankland, CNET News and the article “Microsoft to start silent upgrades to Internet Explorer” published December 15, 2011 By Geoff Duncan, DigitalTrends.

Thus far the transition has been slow, mainly because most Americans and the rest of the normal people worldwide, aren’t into browsers specs. Thus the need to change something known for something unknown i.e. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox when IE 6 already come pre-loaded on Windows is at the heart of the stubborn resilience of IE 6.

The Software Developer Community since January 2012AD has been gravely alarmed over Google’s Machiavellian ambitions  to integrate Google+ Search results into Google Chrome as expressed in “Engineers from Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace collaborate to challenge Google’s Search Plus Your World”, published January 23, 2012 By Molly McHugh, DigitalTrends.

An initiative called Google Search Plus Your World, it’s the first indication that something was definitely wrong in the Search Engine world and possibly, possibly, just maybe the unthinkable was happening: Google may be evil! The integration of the different products being offered by Google is now evident if one looks at Google’s Search Page, which now has a convenient floating tab at the top left corner of the page.

Effectively, Google can control what results appear in their Search engine, biasing search results towards any product platform that they own. Emphasis here folks: this is a VERY serious developement in the Search Engine World that not only affects Facebook but every other website, blog or Social Network NOT affiliated with or enemies of Google!

Example1 : The No.2 Search Engine and excellent video finder is YouTube, which is set to make a profit this year as stated in my blog article entitled “YouTube’s March To profitability in the Fourth Quarter of 2012AD - Digital Video and Music Piracy of the Caribbean On stranger Tides”. Google can make it profitable by pushing more searches for videos to YouTube, not to mention making partnerships with Video Downloading software to track and monetize what is effectively piracy.

Example 2: Google + was a Social Network outing that began with Google +1 initiative in March 2011AD which I had predicted was the precursors for a Social Network as stated in my blog article entitled “Google +1 and their Social Networks Machinations - If Tomorrow Comes”.

Their nascent yet slowly rising Social Network Google+ would obviously get a boost. All of this is to the disadvantage of Facebook, Google’s competitor. In essence, it’s a conflict of interest on the part of Google and Software Developers know it. These changes set a dangerous precedent and indicate that Google is willing to be ruthless to get its way.

We did not have to wait long to confirm Google turn to the Dark Side: Google soon began integrating Google+ with their Google Chrome as well by January 10th 2012AD as stated in the article “Google starts to integrate Google+ with search results” published January 10, 2012 By Geoff Duncan, DigitalTrends.

Throw in the fact that Google Chrome OS is bubbling Google Chrome books celebrate 1 year anniversary”, published December 12, 2011 By Molly McHugh, DigitalTrends.

Google Chrome OS is still seen as the wave of the future as opined in my blog article entitled “Google Chrome OS and Open Source - Star Wars A New Hope”. Simple fix for the slow sales of Google Chrome books:  aesthetics changes to make the laptops look and function like Apple MacBook Airs would see them fly off the shelves, making the worries of Microsoft and Facebook double.

So what’s Facebook to do against the coming horde from Google as it gathers the pieces of itself like a just destroyed but indestructible Sentinel named Nimrod, X-Men Style?

Building their own Browser is an option as suggested in the article “Why Facebook needs to build a Browser”, published April 14, 2012 10:40 AM PDT by Ben Parr, CNET News is logical but will take months to gain traction, even with Facebook’s reach. A partnership with RockMelt is also feasible, but will take awhile to gain traction as they do not occupy a significant portion of the Browser market to be popular within 2012AD.

Don’t underestimate the growing power of Google Chrome OS and ChromeBooks, which may also make a debut on Tablets soon as prognosticate in my blog article entitled “Google Chrome OS for Tablets Coming - Around the World in 80 Days”.

So any move to partner with a Browser or make a Browser is a late move at best and is an option that has thus far escaped Facebook. It would have had an effect had it been done as far back as 2008AD as it would appear that it takes four (4) years for a new Open Source Browser to become relevant.

Thus the answer, realistically and ironically, lies with Microsoft IE 10.

Microsoft, an investor in Facebook, needs to improve Internet Explorer by not only enableing it with all the features of its rival Google Chrome, but to also make the Browser Open Source and free. By gaining the support of the Open Source Developer Community, they can leverage their slim lead to their advantage by getting more of their code into the able hands of the Open Source Community.

Internet Explorer is a default standard on all Window 7 Machines, now slowly gaining on Windows XP Professional as the most popular Windows OS in the market as stated in the Geezam blog article entitled “Windows 7 trumps Windows XP for Pole Position – Windows 8 Cloudy Future”.

This can be done by making IE 9 free for all Windows 7 users instead of users having to purchase it. Including IE 9 in the updates for Windows 7 is already a good start as stated in the article “Microsoft actively urges IE 6 users to upgrade”, published November 30, 2009 3:08 PM PST by Stephen Shankland, CNET News and the article “Microsoft to start silent upgrades to Internet Explorer” published December 15, 2011 By Geoff Duncan, DigitalTrends.

The upgrade to Windows 8, which is widely expected to debut as IE 10 and be a Cloud-based OS like Google Chrome OS as opined in my blog article entitled “Windows and Cloud Computing - Audia Resident Evil After-Market Taste-and-Buy” is an opportunity for Microsoft to regain market share as well as assist its partner Facebook.

Finally Facebook needs to push its presence on Mobile platforms, be they smartphones, Tablets or Ultrabooks. This is the same prescription that has been suggested to help save Mozilla Foundation’s Firefox Browser in the long run as stated in my Geezam Blog article entitled “Chrome 16 beats Firefox and IE8 –Mozilla going Mobile and Cloud OS on Smartphones, Tablets and UltraBoooks”.

Mozilla has no presence in the Mobile world as stated in the article “Every moment counts in Mozilla's bid for Mobile relevance”, published January 25, 2012 4:10 AM PST by Stephen Shankland, CNET News. The increasing relevance of Mobile Browsing as stated in the article “Uh-oh, PC: Half of computing device sales are Mobile”, published Kevin C. Tofel, GigaOM
In summary, Facebook, like Mozilla Firefox, needs to put increasing emphasis on its Mobile smartphone users and the coming Mobile Internet Revolution Bedknobs and Broomsticks (1971) style against the coming Nimrod X-Men Style that is Google+.

C&WJCCU joins banks to offer Alternative Energy Loans - Money, Money, Money in Distributed AEPP World

It seems that the Year of The Dragon is also an expansionist year for the JCCUL (Jamaica Co-Operative Credit Union League). They have dipped their hands in partnership with Mozido Jamaica Limited to offer e-payment solutions based on smartphones called JCUES (Jamaica Credit Union e-Payment Services) as described in the my blog article entitled “JCCUL JCUES is put on hold by the BOJ - ePayment setback means Mozido has been Bewitched”.

But in a sign that they are down but not out, the C&WJCCU (Cable and Wireless Jamaica Co-Operative Credit Union), a member of the JCCU, has decided to forge ahead into yet another futuristic and fast-growing business area. This is the rapidly expanding field of loans for homeowners to purchase Alternative Energy Equipment as stated in the article “Lenders see business potential in Energy Lines for homes”, published Sunday April 1st 2012 by Avia Collander, The Jamaica Gleaner.

Truly, the brave may fall but never yield, Kingston College Style!!

This time unlike e-payments, it’s a proven field already populated with other lending institutions such as the Capital and Credit Financial Group and the DBJ (Development Bank of Jamaica) which offer Alternative Energy loans of between JA$250,000 to JA$5 million via its affiliation with:

1.      National People’s Co-Operative Bank
2.      National EX-IM (Export-Import) Bank,
3.      Jamaica Money Market Brokers
4.      Capital Credit Merchant Bank

These loans are for the purchase of Solar Water Heaters to full blown Solar Panel and Wind Turbine Systems to power the entire house, mainly the refrigerators and the air conditioning unit as concluded in my blog article entitled “Dr. Taylor's states Global Warming increasing Jamaica's Energy Bill - Vybz Kartel's Summertime Soylent Green”.

At ten (10) years to repay a JA$5 million Alternative Energy Loan, this is effectively a mortgage for Solar Power Equiptment with a fixed monthly repayment for the life of the loan replacing your fluctuating Electricity Bill.

The JCCUL failed in their bid to effectively introduce a service that would have heralded the coming of a Cashless Society in Jamaica based on mobile phone transactions, the JCCUL has yet to receive any clear word from the BOJ (Bank of Jamaica) as noted in the article “JCCUL’s e-payment service still in Limbo”, published April 8th 2012, The Jamaica Gleaner.

Their long term aim is to tap into the lucrative Remittance field, now set for boom time as stated in the article “Remittance Companies Bullish As Transfers Hit New Record” published Sunday March 4, 2012 by Avia Colander, The Jamaica Gleaner.

This despite at the last minute converting their Thursday March 15th 2012AD product launch into a public sensitization with regards to the potential of doing financial transactions using your mobile phone as stated in the article “JCCUL Converts Epayment Launch To Product Sensitization”, published Sunday March 18, 2012, The Jamaica Gleaner.

Thus this new product focus by another JCCUL into the lucrative Alternative Energy Sector is an indication that the JCCUL sees potential in the disenchantment by the Jamaican Public with the slow pace of Jamaica’s move to Energy Sector Liberalization and cheaper electricity rates as mentioned in my blog article entitled “Senator Phillip Paulwell chooses LNG over Coal - Power Engineers in Stephen King's Graveyard Shift”.

It may also mark the beginning, albeit slow, of yet another foray for the JCCU into financially viable territory based on mortgage styled loans somewhat similar to what Google is doing as described in the article “Google: Rent your Solar panels from us”, published September 28 2011 10:55 AM PDT by Candace Lombardi, CNET News - Green Tech  and “Google helping homeowners get Solar Power with $75 million investment”, published September 28 2011 by Jeff Hughes, DigitalTrends.

Google, in partnership with  Californian VC (Venture Capitalist) Clean Power Finance is assisting homeowners to install Solar Panels and Wind Turbines at Residential Customers via a US$850 million financial loan arrangement as described in my blog article entitled “Google invests US$75 million in Residential Solar PUC - Aliens in future Energy Market Shakeup”.

This may be an Alternative means by which Jamaican homeowners, can, on an individual basis, also achieve Energy Sector Liberalization for themselves in much the same way Mr. Chong was able to despite the lack of waivers for Alternative Energy equiptment as described in my blog article entitled “Lack of Waivers for Expensive Alternative Energy Gear - Mr. Paul Chong's Adoption Contradiction”.

This as they have all the collateral they need, their own property and the investment, albeit long term, makes them totally independent of Jamaica’s sole Power Utility Company and thus one less bill to worry about.

Even more interesting, is the possibility that Telecom Provider Digicel may begin to diversify into Alternative Energy in a bid to reduce the cost of their usage of electricity post-CLARO Jamaica acquisition as noted in my Geezam blog article entitled “Digicel Jamaica’s Alternative Energy Future – Increased Electricity Bills and Energy Sector Opportunities collide”. If this is possible for Digicel in the long term, the same may be the route that the JCCUL may pursue as well: from lending to procuring the equiptment themselves.

At that point in the future, possibly about 2015AD, they would effectively become a Distributed AEPP (Alternative Energy Power Provider) for Residential Customers, putting the JCCUL and banks in direct competition with JPS Co (Jamaica Public Service Company). Customers could get power audits done free of cost and then sign to contracts agreeing to pay a Flat Rate Utility Bill in exchange for having the Solar and Wind Turbine equiptment hosted free of cost on their premises.

It’s the same concept as a loan, but instead of paying for the equipment over ten (10), you pay for the electricity service at a guaranteed fixed rate on your house. You don’t own the equiptment, merely rent it, as a rental fee would be a part of the utility bill that would go towards the cost of the equipment. Again like the partnership with Mozido Jamaica Limited for e-payment service JCUES, this could also be done in partnership with another local or FDI (Foreign Direct Investor).

Once such partner could be Canadian-owned Solarmon Energy Corp, which has plans to set up a very large Solar Installation here in Jamaica as stated in the my Geezam blog article entitled “Solamon Energy Corporation to build Caribbean’s Largest Solar Plant – Jamaica to get a Green Energy Boost” and may be looking for a financial partner that has people at its heart

Another such partner could be with American-based Green Energy RG, which may be currently looking for a financial partners to retail its line of Solar Powered gear made here in Jamaica as stated in my Geezam blog article entitled “Green RG in Jamaica to make Solar Power Gear”.

Interestingly both of them have an interest to use Jamaica in a push towards Latin America as surmised my blog article entitled “Solamon Energy Corp & Green RG invest in Jamaica's Alternative Energy Future - Let the Cheaper Energy Hunger Games for Latin America Begin”., much in the same way that Mozido Jamaica has plans to eventually expand beyond the shored of Jamaica to the fast growing economies of Latin America.

Even better,  All-Electric Vehicle Maker Oregon-based Porteon is coming to Jamaica to manufacture and sell their brand of lithium-Ion battery-powered vehicle as described in the my Geezam blog article entitled “Oregon-based Porteon to assemble All-Electric Vehicles in Jamaica – One By One” and my blog article entitled “Porteon to manufacture All-Electric Vehicles in St. Lucia - Strengthening CARICOM ties with Jamaican Skilled Labour”.

This means that eventually Jamaicans exchanging their Gasoline and Diesel Vehicles for an All-Electric variety may become commonplace as predicted in my blog article entitled “Alternative Energy and Range Extender Technology - Jamaica to Rhaatid”. So too may the upgrading of one’s vehicle to run on LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) as opined in my Geezam blog article entitled “Auto LPG as a Motor Vehicle Fuel”.

Yet another branch in the ever expanding tree of Alternative Energy in Jamaica for the JCCUL and Banks to invest as the Jamaican Economy slowly recovers!

A potential match made in heaven for JCCUL following on the example of C&WJCCU and the DBJ, heralding
Money, Money, Money in the Distributed AEPP (Alternative Energy Power Plant) World.

More on this interesting development as it unfolds……
