It’s
official folks.
Apple
has now sent out Invitations to Journalists and bloggers for an event to be
held on Tuesday October 22nd 2013 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater
in San Francisco, and begins at 10 a.m. Pacific as stated in “Apple's
October 22 iPad event gets official”, published October 15, 2013 9:04 AM
PDT by Josh Lowensohn, CNET News. Here’s a
picture of the invite, resplendent with colourful Tea leaves as shown below!
It’s exactly as I’d predicted in my blog article
entitled “Apple
iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2 Launch Event expected on Tuesday October 22nd 2013 -
64-bit Quad-core A7 Processors, Touch ID, Apple Mac Pro and Apple iTV Video
Game Console anticipated”. I swear, the folks at All Things Digital have the real inside link to Apple!
We Still have a lot to cover – Gunning
for a New Coat of paint, a new Case or Sapphire Screen
With that cryptic tagline “We Still have a lot to cover” it suggests
that the Apple iPad 5 and the Apple iPad Mini are coming. A new set of designer
duds, most like in the form of a new coat of Gold, Silver and Space Grey are
expected, with the Apple iPad Mini getting the Flower Power Rainbow Child
treatment as predicted in my blog article
entitled “Gold,
Silver and Space Grey Apple iPad and Apple iPad Mini to launch in October 2013
- Sonny Dickson and NowhereElse sneak peek on Apple's Colour Revolution”.
It
may also see a new design for the Apple iPad Case which may for the first time
have a built in Capacitive Touch Keyboard, for those with a leaning towards the
Microsoft Surface but with an Apple iPad Theme! A sapphire screen would be
stretching it a bit, I’m afraid. But for once, the year’s been so good for
Apple in terms of innovation and creativity, I’m willing to dream a little, as
that would be the ultimate cover for the Apple iPad!
As per that prediction, A7 Quad-Core Processors are expected along with
Touch ID, marking officially the death of the Password on smartphones and now
the Tablet as predicted in my blog article
entitled “Apple
iPhone and the Sapphire plated Touch ID Fingerprint scanner - The Death of
passwords and the birth of Biometrics”.
I’m
also expecting not only the Apple iPad but also the Apple Mac Pro Desktop
Computer to satisfy the Developer and Video Editing Community’s Need for Speed
as stated in my blog article
entitled “ATL is now the Official Distributor of Apple Product
in Jamaica as of July 2013 - Jamaica can now share in the innovation with
Apple’s Future Products Despicable Me 2”.
Apple One
more thing – I’m Dreaming of an Apple iTV as a Video Gaming Console
And while everyone pining away for the new re-designed Apple
OS X Mavericks as stated in “Apple
releases OS X Mavericks Golden Master to developers”, published October 3,
2013 8:52 PM PDT by Steven Musil, CNET News,
I’m personally pining away for one last thing.
I’m betting that Apple will make an upgrade of the Apple iTV
to a Video Gaming Console to take advantage of China’s State Council’s decision
to open up its country to Video Game Consoles as predicted in my blog article
entitled “China
lifts 13 Year ban on Video Game Consoles - Open Floodgates spells opportunity
for debutantes Google, Amazon and Apple to enter the Video Game Arena”!
Christmas comes twice it seems for Apple fans. First, the Apple iPhone
5S and the Apple iPhone 5C make great colourful stocking stuffers fit for
decorating your Christmas tree as reported in my blog article entitled “Apple
has launched the Apple iPhone 5S and 5C on Tuesday September 10th 2013 - Apple
iPhone Strategy is to Go Global to beat Samsung”.
Now Apple may be covering the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater
in San Francisco in a Shower of Golden Apple iPad 5’s and multi-coloured Apple
iPad Mini 2 with the extra Bonus of a Video Game Console!
Apple, even if that doesn’t come to pass, this has been the greatest
year for Apple thus far and I just want to say from Jamaica to the Cupertino
Kids living at 1 Infinite Loop Way in California one thing: Merry Christmas for
making 2013 a Christmas Golden Year!
