The Golden Boot
Apple iPhone 5S is now a serious seller in the US of A based on the initial
sales figures as stated in my blog article
entitled “Apple
iPhone 5S and Apple iPhone 5C sold 9 million units over the Weekend - Apple
beats Wall Street's Great Expectations for Christmas 2013”. The Apple Phone
5C, despite being a rugged poly-carbonate version of the Apple iPhone 5, isn’t
doing so well.
Still these are
the smartphones for the Christmas. But are there Android Alternatives? The Apple
iPhone 5S is coming to Jamaica by November 2013 as predicted in my blog article
entitled “Apple
iPhone 5S and 5C Shortages in the US may indicate that it's coming to Jamaica -
How the Apple iPhone will be landing at LIME and ATL on Friday November 1st 2013”
but it may not be priced for everyone.
Even unlocked
the Apple iPhone is very pricey. So high quality lower priced alternatives may
be on your mind right now, like Digicel’s DL600, now priced at JA$5900 with a
Postpaid Data Plan as explained in my blog article
entitled “Digicel
officially launches DL600 smartphones on Friday October 18th 2013 and JA$100
2-Day Data Plans - Ours is the Fury as Digicel’s DL600 secures their Throne in
this Game of Phones against LIME”.
If you’re one of
those Jamaicans Googleing for alternative smartphones for the Apple iPhone as
noted in my blog
article entitled “Samsung
Galaxy smartphones and Blackberrys are tops on Jamaican Searches according to
Google Trends - Importation Guide to Selling smartphone to Jamaicans”, then
the answer is “yes” there are!
So here’s a
roundup of the Google Android smartphones that are solid competitors to the
Apple iPhone 5S and Apple iPhone 5C:
1.
LG G2
2.
HTC One
3.
Samsung Galaxy S4
4.
Droid Maxx
5.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3
Here’s a Video
Compilation comparing the various specs of these various smartphones to the
Apple iPhone 5S, as the Apple iPhone 5C is really the Apple iPhone 5 in a
plastic shell:
LG G2
HTC One
Samsung Galaxy S4
Droid Maxx
Samsung Galaxy Note 3
In case you forgot, here’s my Geezam
blog article entitled “How to ship things to
Jamaica after you’re purchase them online” and my blog article entitled “How
to purchase items and subscribe to Magazines online and ship them to Jamaica”
of Online Shopping Portals and Couriers!
Happy Shopping this Christmas 2013!
