Looks like Ground coffee waste may have more uses that
I previously thoughts. It might also be a reason for women to take up coffee
drinking as well as it has additional side benefits!
This as ground coffee can be used to reduce cellulite
as reported in the article “Coffee
Scrub To Reduce Cellulite”, Published Wednesday July 13, 2016 by
Robert-Karim Besnier, The Jamaica Gleaner.
Quick disclaimer: I love coffee as I will literally go
on night trek to coffee houses to get me some of that strong stuff as evidenced
from my blog
article entitled “Why
I love Coffee Houses in Kingston - Great place for Secret Business Meetings in
Kingston and St. Andrew”.
Hence my attraction to this coffee-themed idea, as I think
it’s also a great way to stop coffee waste from ending up in the garbage, clogging
sinks and also polluting our waterways and rivers.
To be sure, men don't get cellulite. However, women,
who are obsessed with beauty and their looks, cannot stand to see fat
accumulate under their skin after being pregnant. Cellulite's appearance
depends on the observer, and can also appear after puberty in the following
areas pf most women:
1. Buttocks
2. Lower
abdomen
3. Thighs
Coffee has some amazing uses, such as helping to
reduce erectile dysfunction as pointed out in this University of Texas in my blog article
entitled “How
University of Texas Study suggests Coffee reduces Erectile Dysfunction in
20-y-o Men”.
Waste coffee Beans can be even be used to make biofuel,
as startup Biobean has been demonstrating as evidenced from my blog article
entitled “How
Bio-Bean is making Biofuel from Coffee Waste as Coruscant looms”.
Being as we're slowly becoming a nation of
coffee-drinkers, it’s only natural that a use would be found for the leftover
coffee groundings, as we don’t collect and recycle them in Jamaica. Being the
largest organ that absorb most of what is thrown at it, a trend towards caffeine
scrubs was naturally expected!!
So how can Coffee help women with Cellulite?
How
to use Coffee Grounds to remove Cellulite - Caffeine and Antioxidants remove
cellulite
Albeit this is ground coffee that has been used in
your percolator, it still has some caffeine and antioxidants left in it.
The caffeine stimulates dilation when coffee is
scrubbed into the skin. The skin will absorb the coffee, making the skin plump,
reducing the appearance of cellulite in the process. Coffee grounds also
contain antioxidants, the presence of which increase collagen production in the
skin.
Caffeine and antioxidants help to make cellulite
disappear, albeit temporarily. The dilation of blood vessel by the caffeine
helps to tone and tighten the skin. The antioxidants remove toxins that make
the skin healthier in general.
The overall effect promotes improved circulation and
reduces water retention, smoothing the cottage cheese look of cellulite and
helping to make it gradually disappear!!!
To use the waste ground coffee beans from your coffee
maker, use the following instructions:
1. Mix
quarter cup ground coffee with three tablespoons hot water
2. Let
the mixture sit for 10 minutes to absorb the water and form a paste
3. Mix
in two tablespoons of coconut oil to help bind the grinds to make it easier to
apply and give extra moisturizing effects.
4. Cleanse
problem areas with warm water
5. Apply
the scrub by massaging in a circular motion for two (2) to four (4) minutes
with your hands.
6. Rinse
with warm water to remove all grounds
7. Pat
dry and moisturize
That's it!
Repeat every time you make coffee and not only will
cellulite disappear, but your husband may notice improve performance in bed
thanks to drinking all that coffee!! Sharing is caring so share it with as many
friends as possible!!
