How Aurora Program TR-3B is a Thorium Nuclear Reactor Hovering AI Drone

The TR-3B is Code named Astra and is not fiction. It was built with technology available in the mid-80s but it's good to note that not every UFO spotted is one of theirs.

Now even people in Britain are reporting spotting these enigmatic US Air Force aircraft as reported in the article “Proof 'top-secret US Air Force TR-3B' exists? Mysterious spy plane 'was flown over London'”, published Monday, August 15, 2016, Express UK.

At least 3 of the billion dollar plus TR-3Bs were flying by 1994 under Aurora program, the most classified aerospace development program in existence. The TR-3B is the most exotic vehicle created by the Aurora Program and was funded and operationally tasked by the National Reconnaissance Office, the NSA, and the CIA.

So what is the TR-3B?

The tactical reconnaissance TR-3B first operational flight was in the early 90s, around the same time I used to hear about it in High School

The triangular shaped nuclear powered aerospace platform was developed under the Top Secret, Aurora Program with SDI and black budget monies.  The NSA, NRO, CIA, and USAF have similar aircraft with different names:

1.      TR-3

2.      TR-3A

3.      TR-3B

4.      Teir 2, 3, and 4

Each agency added suffixes like Plus or Minus to confuse people into thinking they are different aircraft and not the same aerospace vehicle they were working on as a group. Some of these vehicles are manned and others are UAS (Unmanned Aerial systems). Here is a picture of the TR-3B escorting Air Force one in August 2016!

The TR-3B is a high altitude, stealth, reconnaissance sub-Mach 9 vehicle with an indefinite loiter time. The outer coating is reactive to electrical Radar stimulation and can change reflectiveness, radar absorptiveness, and color.

This polymer skin along with the TR-3Bs Electronic Counter Measures and, ECCM, can make the vehicle look like a small aircraft. Thus radar operators falsely detecting a variety of aircraft, no aircraft, or several aircraft at various locations.

So what kind of propulsion system does the TR-3B utilize to make it so maneuverable?

TR-3B Propulsion - Magnetic Field Disrupter is really a Thorium Nuclear Reactor Powered Magnetar

A circular, plasma filled accelerator ring called the MFD (Magnetic Field Disrupter), developed by Sandia and Livermore laboratories, surrounds the rotatable crew compartment and is far ahead of any imaginable technology.

The plasma, mercury based, is pressurized at 250,000 atmospheres at a temperature of 150 degrees Kelvin and accelerated to 50,000 rpm to create a super-conductive plasma thanks to an on-board Thorium Nuclear Reactors.

The MFD generates a magnetic vortex field, which disrupts or neutralizes the effects of gravity on mass within proximity, by 89%, effectively a nuclear powered magnetar as explained in my blog article entitled “Binary Black Holes and 48th Magnetar Westerlund 1-5 - Magnetic Personality in Space as Black Holes feed on Stars”.

Please note that this isn’t antigravity, just a very strong localized magnetic field used for propulsion. Effectively, this is a hovercraft, just using the repulsive effect of diamagnetism that is in all things, including the air around the aircraft. The MFD because of its strong magnetic field, creates a disruption of the Earth’s gravitational field due to the highly concentrated magnetic field from which the crew is shielded.

The TR-3Bs propulsion is provided by 3 multimode thrusters mounted at each bottom corner of the triangular platform that were reportedly built by Rockwell.  The 3 multimode rocket engines mounted under each corner of the craft use hydrogen or methane and oxygen as a propellant.

In a liquid oxygen/hydrogen rocket system, with 85% of the propellant mass being oxygen. The nuclear thermal rocket engine uses a hydrogen propellant, augmented with oxygen for travel into outer space. The reactor heats the liquid hydrogen and injects liquid oxygen in the supersonic nozzle.

With this design, it can fly in low atmospheric flight with thrust provided by the nuclear reactor power MFD and then in space with the Hydrogen/oxygen powered mixture.

Albeit this craft can theoretical go at Mach 9, most pilots cannot withstand such forces for very long, especially as they cannot maneuver or fly the plane at such speeds.

This the Aurora Program has reportedly been adding AI to do the calculations and flight work needed to make this tech more workable , as it faces the same problems as the DARPA's Falcon Hypersonic Technology Vehicle 2 as explained in my blog article entitled “DARPA's Falcon Hypersonic Technology Vehicle 2 - Learning To communicate and Walk Before Running”.

So humans may eventually be out of the picture!!

The idea of a Nuclear powered aircraft is certainly a new concept; the use of Thorium Nuclear Reactors is what is interesting, as we have virtually an inexhaustible resources of Thorium on Earth!!

The use of magnetic propulsion via a repulsive diamagnetic effect means it can float even over water without using thrusters, which the TR-3B uses for maneuvering in atmospheric flight! Hoping to see more aircraft of this nature from the US Government!!
