Tessanne Chin is now in the Top 12 for the Live Rounds of The Voice - How to vote for #TeamBreadandButta via using a VPN or Proxy Account Last Vegas Style

Unless you’ve migrated to Mars, the big news is that Tessanne Chin on Tuesday November 10th 2013 has made the Top Ten in The Voiceon Team Adam as stated in “Tessanne through to Voice top 10”, published Wednesday, November 13, 2013, The Jamaica Observer. This after singing Emeli Sande’s “My Kinda Love” on Monday November 11th 2013.

Tessanne Chin had initially qualifying for the Top 12 in a very nail biting vote on Thursday November 7th 2013 as stated in “Jamaican sensation through to The Voice top 12”, published Friday, November 08, 2013 BY RICHARD JOHNSON Senior staff reporter, The Jamaica Observer and “Tessanne Chin Voted Safe In The Voice” Published Thursday November 7, 2013 9:26 pm, The Jamaica Gleaner.

She’s “Safe and Sound” as the Team Adam had sung after they’d made it to the Live rounds with a chance to win the US$100,000 prize and a shot at a Recording Contract with a major American Label Universal Music Group as stated in my blog article entitled Social Media backlash over Television Jamaica's decision to buy rights to NBC's The Voice - Power of the Middle Classes wielding Apple iPhones as FLOW AI is watching you”!

Tessanne Chin was declared safe and was among three (3) members of Team Adam so chosen by Public Votes or saved by the Team’s mentor’s and Maroon Frontman Adam Levine. This after singing the song “Many Rivers to Cross” By Jimmy Cliff, who ironically she had sung for as a Backup Singer as stated in “Tessanne Chin 'It Doesn't Get Better'”, Published Tuesday November 5, 2013, The Jamaica Gleaner.

By Monday November 11th 2013, Tessanne Chin scored another hit with Emeli Sande’s “My Kinda Love” resulting in Adam Levine commenting that, quote: “You are so consistent and the bar is so high that I can never be satisfied”.

She’s now in the Top 10, a list which reads as thus and includes her two (2) stable mates:

1.      Will Champlin
2.      Tessanne Chin (Go #TessanneChin)
3.      James Wolpert
4.      Cole Vosbury
5.      Caroline Pennell
6.      Matthew Schuler
7.      Austin Jenckes
8.      Jacquie Lee
9.      Ray Boudreaux
10.  Kat Robichaud (Go #Kat!!)

Kat Robichaud – The Rosy Red Haired Cat Goddess with Nine Lives makes the cut

I’m secretly supporting the singer Kat Robichaud as well as oddly, albeit not a great singer, the performing artiste with the lock of Rosy Red hair, Game of Thrones Style, has managed to survive eliminating after elimination, even being brought back into the competition by Twitter Voting on Tuesday November 10th 2013.

Her resilience thus far despite herself indicates that she’s a bubbler i.e. she has a strong enough Social Networking fan base that loves her so much that they’d vote her back despite the main Sprint Voting public rejecting her. It also points a way forward for Twitter Integration into Voting Competitions via the use of the #Hashtag!

Her resurrection, like a true Cat, greatly honours the Egyptian Cat Goddess Bastet and suggests she’s going to be a great singer, despite not winning the competition, as she already has a strong Social Media base backing her.

The Jamaica Songbirds Journey – Tessanne Chin has crossed Many Rivers to get to Top 10

It has been quite a journey for the Jamaica songbird who many though wasn’t gonna make it past the Battle rounds. But then again she’s a seasoned singer, compared to the other contestants, many of who were either singing for the very first time on a large stage or had never recorded singles or even done videos.

This experience made her shine from the very beginning during the Blind Auditions and is what has propelled her thus far to this point. Simple as that! After impressing the judges at the Blind audition with her rendition of song “Try” by P!nk as described in my blog article entitled Social Media backlash over Television Jamaica's decision to buy rights to NBC's The Voice - Power of the Middle Classes wielding Apple iPhones as FLOW AI is watching you”, she scored well in the Battle rounds.

There she sang jointly with the powerful Donna Allen, who later claimed to have Jamaica roots. She then did a rendition of Kelly Clarkson’s “Stronger” that stamped her presence with the Adam Levine who chose her in the round over another artiste.

But it was her singing of “Many Rivers to Cross” By Jimmy Cliff that won over the audience and propelled her to get the Second highest level of Votes and thus make it into the Live Show Phase. Helps a lot that #TeamTessanne you have support from family, friends and your sister, Tami Chynn as #TeamBreadAndButter (or #TeamBreadandButta if you’re a #TrueJamaican) pushes on as stated inJamaicans Voice Support For Tessanne On Twitter”, Published Friday November 8, 2013, The Jamaica Gleaner.

Tessanne Chin in the Live Rounds – America Votes as she has many Rivers to Cross

Hopefully Television Jamaica will find a way to carry this show LIVE on RETV. As for voting, that’ll be very difficult; calling the 1-800 number won’t even using an International Calling Plan doesn’t guarantee that you votes will be counted, as the rules strictly say it has to be a Call from an American phone number.

So it ‘s clear that Jamaicans, even if everyone in Jamaica, all 2.9 million of Telecom Provider Digicel’s 3 million customers could have gotten an International Calling Plan on their Digicel phones and voted, didn’t make Tessanne Chin reach the Top 10. It must have been the Americans.

But why did Americans vote for Tessanne Chin and she’s NOT an American?

Quite simply, she not only has a good voice, thanks to experiences as a backup singer as well as a Recording Artiste with Albums and Singles already recorded. Because the rules of The Voice” merely require that the Singer entering the competition not be currently signed to any major Recording label in the US of A, despite this experience and her age being in the mid-30’s, she’s still more than entitled to  enter the competition, as the competition recognizes Singing Talent, not Nationality.

Throw in the fact that she sorta looks like a Hawaiian to Americans watching NBC makes it easy for even the most racist of White People to dismiss her Jamaican roots and vote for her on the basis of Singing Talent alone.

Then it’s settled.  If the Americans made “Many Rivers to Cross” an easy swim for the Hawaiian look-alike, as it was mainly their votes on the Sprint Network that got her into the Top 10, then it only stands to reason that they’ll make her win as well.

Tessanne Chin in the Top 10 – How Jamaicans Can Vote so that she can win

Jamaicans can also vote via buying her song on Apple iTunes, albeit it has to be via an American Account. You can easily set up once you have a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or Proxy Account as described in my blog article entitled “How to find Free TV online and how to Stream from Hulu or Netflix in Jamaica - Jamaican Pirate of the Caribbean on Stranger Tides Streaming Restricted US Content”.

Once you register the Apple iTunes account using a US Mailing address as described in my blog article entitled “How to make US Dollars as Freelance Web Content or Blog Affiliate Writer Online in Jamaica using your Scotia VISA Debit Card or Credit Card” you can now buy her songs each time Tessanne Chin sings which counts as one vote per song. if her song makes the Apple iTunes Top 10, she’s guaranteed 5 votes per song downloaded!

Using this same VPN and Proxy, you can then login to you Facebook Account and change your location to a valid US Address. At that point you can vote for her online at “The Voice” on the Webpage reserved for Tessanne Chin a maximum of 10 times after logging in using you Facebook Credentials.

As for Calling the 1800 number reserved for her, you can get your relatives living abroad who support Jamaica to do that for you by simply calling them using you International Calling plan as explained in my Geezam blog article entitled “How to set up an International Calling Plan for Digicel or LIME Prepaid and Postpaid” and encouraging them to Call and Text and buy her songs on Apple iTunes and Vote.
