US$100 Moga Ace Power Gamepad and the Logitech PowerShell Controller + Battery

Looks like I’d forgotten about the Apple iPhone! The poly-Carbonate Apple iPhone 5C may not appeal to the technophiles who deride as an Apple iPhone 5 in a cheap plastic skin.

However it’s a certified Android smartphone whisperer that’s wooing many to Apple as noted in my blog article entitled “Kantar WorldpanelComTech Stats suggests that the Apple iPhone 5C is a Google Android smartphone whisperer – US$100 cheaper is still a Deal for the 38 year old Crowd”. And it may be due to its Gaming potential!
A perfect setup for Apple to beat Nintendo and Sony in the Handheld Gaming World! Introducing the Apple iPhone Gaming Shell that turns the Apple iPhone into a Handheld Gaming device, the Moga Ace Power Gamepad and the Logitech PowerShell Controller + Battery!

These are the two (2) Gaming Controllers for the Apple iPhone that are currently on everyone’s radar as US$100 stocking stuffers this Christmas 2013 as per the theme of my blog article entitled “Great Gadget gifts for less than US$50 for you loved ones - Something Great for everyone that likes The Starving Games this Christmas 2013”.

The first one is the US$100 Moga Ace Power Gamepad that made to attach to Apple iPhones and Apple iPod Touch to basically turn them into handheld Gaming consoles as stated in “Moga debuts iOS 7 controller, price set at $100”, published November 19, 2013 5:18 AM PST by Don Reisinger, CNET News.

The next one is also similarly priced and is called the Logitech PowerShell Controller + Battery and as the name implies, it’s also a battery charger for the Apple iPhone and Apple iPod Touch as per the review in “iOS game buddy: Logitech PowerShell Controller adds buttons, charges your iPhone, available in December”, published November 20, 2013 1:00 AM PST, CNET Reviews

In my Geezam blog article entitled “Apple iPad Air’s the World Thinnest Tablet and Apple iPad Mini 2’s a 3DS and Vita killer”, I predicted that the Apple iPad Mini would be a successful competitor to the Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo Gameboy Advance and even the Sony Playstation Portable.

To those in the Gaming World, those are fightin’ words, but a reflection of the truth as the Post-Gaming Era is upon us as I’d long ago predicted in my Geezam blog article entitled “Nintendo and Sony vs Smartphones and Tablets: Post – Portable Gaming Era”.

But it’s inevitable. There’s the resurgence of Gaming Consoles but they’re different from traditional titans such as Sony and Nintendo, who have been having a lackluster 2013 as it relates to Gaming Consoles.

Meanwhile NKOYB (New Kids on the Block) in guise of Boxer8’s Ouya and Playjam GameStick as described in my blog article entitled “Google Android powers Boxer8's Ouya, PlayJam's GameStick and Nvidia's Project Shield - Stand Up Guys are making Open Source and Open Architecture a $ellebrity” that can play Android Games is the closes thing to what these Gaming Shell Controllers are doing for the Apple iPhone.

So it’s only a matter of time before Apple goes into Gaming Consoles as predicted in my blog article entitled “Apple to launch TV and a Cloud Gaming Console in 2014 - How the Apple iTV and Television Set can kill The Grandmaster in the guise of Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft”.

This based on the interest showing in the Gaming Applications and these third-party Gaming Controllers as well as the possibility of Google and Amazon going into Console Gaming Business.

After all it’s not rocket science; Games are the main type of App downloaded on the Apple iPhone as noted in my Geezam blog article entitled “Smartphones and Apps – Freemium Games are No. 1”. I’d love to get an Apple iPhone right now just to play this.

Until then I’ll drool all over my laptop screen looking at Dual-SIM smartphones in preparation for the Dual-SIM Smartphone invasion that’s soon to start come May 2014 as predicted in my Geezam blog article entitled “Trend towards Dual-SIM Smartphones developing in Jamaica as MNP Approaches”.

The Post – Portable Gaming Era has finally begun as Apple marches towards Gaming Console in 2014. Stay tuned to this blog as this trend develops!
