Another such victory over the Romans, and we are undone.

News now permeates and reverberates throught the Internet of Apple winning an injunction effectively blocking the Samsung Galaxy Tablet further sales in the EU as reported by Kelroy in his Geezam blog article entitled “Samsung Galaxy Tab Banned in European Union”.
Those with a good memory should remember that the Samsung Galaxy Tablet was launched very soon after Apple debuted the Apple iPad as stated in my Geezam Blog article entitled ‘Samsung Galaxy – Apple iPad’s Contender for Christmas”.
The official news paints a more stark picture, as Samsung apparently did not see this coming….at all as stated in the article “Samsung blindsided by Apple's EU tablet injunction”, published AUGUST 9, 2011 4:16 PM PDT By Josh Lowensohn, CNET News - Apple TALK and the article “In its war with Samsung, Apple scores legal victory in Europe”, published August 9, 2011, 10:12am PT By Darrell Etherington, GigaOM.
Since the above news broke, reports are now coming in relating to Apple offensive strikes against Motorola and their Xoom Tablet as stated in the article “Apple sues Motorola over Xoom design”, report says, published AUGUST 10, 2011 7:05 AM PDT by Don Reisinger, CNET News - THE DIGITAL HOME. At this point, this straightforward lawsuit tiff caught my eye, as this appears to be an escalation as opposed to just regular filings by Cupertino based Apple.
Apple is reacting valiantly against a coming Google Android horde on BOTH the Tablet and smartphone fronts by 2015AD.
This much bandied about year is the time in which Google Android is projected to own 50% of the smartphone market as prognosticated in my Geezam blog article entitled “Apple’s Revolution: Android @ Home and IceCream Sandwich in 2015AD” and my blog article entitled “Apple + Android beat Nokia + RIM Globally - Regina Beaver's La Dolce Vita”.
More immediately, Google Android is now beating down the Apple iPad’s Global marketshare as stated in my blog article entitled “Android Tablets Marketshare gain over the Apple iPad - Clear and Present Danger”.
Apple has every right to take action to protect her copyright and IP (Intellectual property) from copycats, being as the Apple iPad is now a major contributor to their financial bottomline as stated in the GigaOM article entitled “At this rate, there won’t be a tablet market, just an iPad market”, published August 10, 2011, 12:10pm PT By Kevin C. Tofel, GigaOM.
Especially as the Apple iPad is a cash cow to the tune of US$6 billion in the Second Quarter of 2011AD as stated in the article ‘How the iPad is driving Apple’s business”, published July 19, 2011, 6:23pm PT By Erica Ogg, GigaOM!
Most of these companies are lazy and churlish Silicon Valley companies who trimmed staff training and cut R&D, literally living on Apple’s every rumour.
This is much in the same way JAMCOPY in Jamaica seeks to protect the copyright and IP of its members here in Jamaica from the University of the West Indies and the Ministry of Education as stated in my blog article entitled “JAMCOPY and MOE Copyright Infringement – UWI License to Kill in a Clash of the Titans”, the biggest possible infringers of copyright and IP in Jamaica.
Especially Samsung, who is armourer to Apple, supplying most of the components to make the Apple iPad and whose success in the Tablet and smartphone space thus far is being powered by Google Android as noted in my blog article entitled “Samsung and the Galaxy of Tablet and Phones - Lucky Charms for London Olympics 2012”.
Other competitors in the US of A as well as in the Far East are even following Apple MacBook Air with Ultrabooks as chronicled in my blog article entitled “Intel and the UltraBook - Stephen King's MacBook and iPad Thinner Hex”.
An obvious knockoff legally speaking and design-wise of the now successful and recently updated Apple MacBook Air line as stated in my Geezam Blog article entitled “MacBook Air and FLASH-based Hard Drives: The Quest for Instant On”.
Which is now displacing the Apple MacBook, as Apple is only stocking MacBook Pros and MacBook Airs as stated in the article “Apple bids farewell to the MacBook”, published July 20, 2011, 10:22am PT By Erica Ogg, GigaOM.
Everything Apple do them follow, Vybz Kartel Dancehall Hero Style especially as now Google Android marketshare is in danger!!
So it is not surprising that this escalation of legal action has come to pass. Welcome to the murky world of patent and Intellectual Copyright Infringements!!
Retribution for past foibles in which copycats Christmas past got away as the Dancehall Hero, CEO Steve Jobs, gets his Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005).
