Sone Image Downloader and CacheCopy - How To use Browser Cache to Bulk Download Photos From Twitter

If you read my article on downloading Twitter Pictures entitled “How to Download Twitter user Pictures as Twitter makes Facebook Timeline changes”, you'd realize that it really only deals with the problem at the very end of the article.

A shame really, as I kinda like Twitter especially now that they’ve rolled out Group DM (Direct Messages) and thirty (30) Second Vines as noted in my blog article entitled “Twitter rolls out Group DM and 30 Second Vines - How TweetDeck's Scheduled Tweets now with Group DM is addictive”.

That article focused on the changes made to Twitter, which albeit major, have turned out to be fairly cosmetic an ongoing, actually. Take a look at Twitter as of Wednesday February 2nd 2015.

I've already done an article dealing with downloading Facebook pictures as detailed in my Geezam blog article entitled “How to download Photo Albums and Videos from your Personal and your Friend’s Profile on Facebook”.

That solution for downloading Facebook pictures is solid.

I later up with that article in 2014 that gave the reader the power to download pictures from ANY Website as noted in my blog article entitled “How to Mass Download Pictures from Website – How a Bulk Image Downloader can DownThemAll and SaveAllImages in the Cloud with Syiwe

Albeit a comprehensive article, non have full addressed a simple, reliable way to download ALL Twitter images from a particular account, as the solution provided only result in only some pictures being downloaded.

This article is an attempt to address that.

Sone Image Downloader and CacheCopy – Browser Cache is the Key here as well

The solution being utilized in this article is the simplest and in fact is the same technique used in downloading YouTube Videos and other videos via the proxy website Savefrom as detailed in my Geezam blog article entitled “How to download Videos from any website without installing software using Savefrom”.

These solutions, Sone Image Downloader and CacheCopy, take advantage of the fact that whenever you load a webpage in your Browser, it temporarily leaves behind copies of the html files, image files, music files and video files in a temporary location called a Browser Cache.

These files are usually deleted after a website is unloaded by the user of the computer or the browser is closed. But in many cases, these files are cached so as to make reloading the website easier, especially if the user frequently visit a website, based on the tracking data saved in the Browser cookies.

Once you can locate the files you've downloaded in the Browser Cache, you've can save them permanently as explained in my Geezam article entitled “Nifty DIY for downloading any Audio or Video File from your Internet Browser’s Cache”.

How to use Browser Cache to Bulk Download Photos From Twitter - All or Nothing

To start, make sure you have Microsoft .NET 4.0 installed; if not you may need to have it installed on your computer. Then download and install Sone Image Downloader and CacheCopy.

Also, to really do a good job, you’ll need to purchase a Roast BreadFruit from the Lady located outside of the Hi-Lo Supermarket in Cross Roads for JA$100 as you'll need Brainfood to do this task that requires you to be very patient to get good results!

To begin using either software, you'll first have to clear the Browser Cache using the commands as detailed in my blog article entitled “How to save your relationship by Deleting Browser History for Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple’s Safari

This may inconvenience you as it'll also clear your login and password information as well as frequently visited websites. But  if it's twitter images you seek, then the sacrifice will be worth it.

Once you've done all that, then proceed to log into Twitter and visit the Twitter Page whose pictures you wish to download. Flip through the Twitter images methodically, making sure to flip though the ones you want to download.

Once you viewed all photos that you want to download, open up either software. Select your Browser from the Settings and make other setting as needed. Then press Copy. After a few seconds, depending on how many images you've loaded, you’ll be told that the process is complete.

Just saunter over to your computer's Tmp folder in the C:/ Drive to get you photos.

That's it folks. Short and Sweet way to download Twitter images powered by Roast BreadFruit purchase from a Lady located outside of the Hi-Lo Supermarket in Cross Roads for JA$100.
